Your role as Development & Marketing Manager is to utilize previous general marketing experience and your well-developed communication skills to design, develop and implement promotional marketing activities to our realtor and professional referral sources, internal promotion and marketing to our existing clients, and developing new partner and client relations. To create general public campaigns including social media and online programs.
You are responsible for execution of numerous development & marketing campaigns both direct to referral sources and clients, and indirect through general marketing and community activities.
New team members will receive expert guidance, focused support, and training to support and build your personal skill development, product and process efficiency, and knowledge.

You Have:
- Are confident and skilled at developmental marketing, direct personal communication and presentation activities, extending a professional, positive, inviting attitude towards those to which you communicate.
- 2-3 years of Marketing Management experience directly with public and clients. Previous experience in mortgage broker related marketing activities is an asset.
- Exceptional written and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Desire to grow, learn and willingness to EXCEED expectations.
- Ability to adapt and complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience with CRM and computer programs is required
A good understanding of mortgage products, real estate transactions and related market activities is considered a serious asset.
Some of Your Responsibilities:
- Design, creation, implement and execution of varying marketing & referral development programs including presentations to interested parties in group settings.
- Design, create, implement and execute general community marketing materials, advertising and community events
- Data Entry & CRM updating
- Managing tasks & following up a variety of tasks until completion
- Client Care - Ongoing Data Mining programs for existing clients and to design, create, implement and execute these programs to promote new mortgage lending opportunities and overall client happiness.
- Team members are available for program execution support
- Design, create, implement and execute various online and social media programs
Work Remotely
- Some Remote - must be able to come into office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
